Hi, I just wanted to know if my list is OK for an international student or if I should add some more.

Stats:
sGPA: 4.0
cGPA: 4.0

MCAT (32Q): 12PS/9VR/11BS

1 summer clinical research, 2 summers regular lab bench research. Some posters. Few summers hospital volunteering and other random volunteering positions. Some leadership positions in clubs at school.

Here's my list so far:

Jefferson
Rosalind Franklin
Wayne State
Case Western
SUNY Upstate
Boston U
NYU Med
NYMC
Dartmouth
Columbia
Mt. Sinai

Which schools should I add that are Canadian friendly..and do I stand a chance at the schools I've listed here?

Its fine. You stand a chance. For best results, add 3 or 4 more schools and submit your primary before the month is up .
