Canadian DAT scores

Hi everyone!
I am a first time applicant to Dental Schools and I was hoping to get some advice about the Canadian DAT scores. Im writing the Cnd-DAT for the first time this November, and am hoping to submit those scores. I applied for American schools already (with no DAT scores). My question is whether they will process my application minus the DAT scores (i've heard sometimes they will, but dont know if there is any truth to that). Or if I should sign up/write the American DAT (write it this summer, and hopefully have some DAT score to submit before November).
Has anyone submitted w/o DAT scores and submitted the CDN-DAT only?
Kind of long-winded....but hope I can get some advice!

You should be in right track for as long as you have the DAT taken this summer.

it's too late. i suggest if you're writing the DAT nov 2010, you apply for 2012 matriculation (apply in 2011 early)

Submit your application by August and have your DAT taken no later than September.
