Hello,

I have some questions about Waterloo's Optometry Bridging Program.

I'm just wondering, what would the certificate of completion say? How are the pass rates of the IOBP program if the graduate studied in the UK?

The Canadian Examiners of Optometry releases the statistics from the CACO board exams:

For international graduates (IOBP):
First Time Pass Rate 43.2 Second Time Pass Rate 73.7 Third Time Pass Rate 36.4

In comparison: First time Pass Rate is 85.9 for Canadian grads and 81.6 for US.

Is it possible to study in Waterloo and then work in the US? I heard it's not but I'm pretty sure it is.... What do you have to do in order to be able to do that?
