Canadian student and international status in US programs?

Does anybody know if Canadian students fall under foreign/international requirements that some programs have? For instance, a lot of schools specify that international students must take TOEFL, or that University of Washington requires international students to take the GRE for their Perio program.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

No, you don't need to take TOEFL or any other exam that's required of international students as long as you have graduated from a Canadian dental school. GRE for perio is very program specific, some might even require it from US grads, so I would check with the program.
