canadian vs american dat

i bet this topic has been beat to death, but i cant find the answer to this very simple question:

what exactly is the difference between the canadian and american DAT?
i know the canadian dat has a carving section. are there any other differences? can i take both and choose to submit the better score (assuming schools accept both) or will they see both scores?

canadian has no organic and math

canadian has carving

canadian is paper-based

i think ususally american schools take canadian scores, but canadian schools do not take american scores because amercian version does not have carving
