Hi, I saw that there were previous posts (last year) about cancelling interviews. (http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=52674&highlight=cancelling+interviews)

Does anyone think that it'll be helpful if we do the same thing this year? That way, those of us still hoping to re-schedule our interviews *earlier* can know if there are potential earlier times due to cancellations.

Speaking of which, what's the etiquette in terms of cancelling interviews?

I started that thread last year and as a result, a lot of people, including myself were able to re-schedule our interviews for earlier dates. I still think it is of courtesy of the people who have been accepted to their top choices to cancel their interviews well in advance so others may benefit from them.

I belive the proper way of canceling your interview is to either calling the school or sending them an email. Ifyou want, you can just tell them that you have been accepted to your top choice and ......

good luck to all
