Curious if anyone here practices in affiliation with a large cancer center. My hometown has a "satellite" of a big-brand, and apparently they employ pain docs. Any insight into how this works?

I interviewed with Cancer Treatment Centers of America and they basically wanted a pain doc to start an intrathecal pain pump program and do inpatient medication management, without hiring any of the necessary support staff. Basically nothing I was interested in.
