Can't find program code in the NRMP listing!

Hello, I interviewed at this medical center on the east coast, and I want to rank it. I really liked it and they gave me a favorable impression during the interview day. However, I am working on my ROL and I cannot find the program code for that particular program on the NRMP website! They have 4 spots and I am wondering if they filled all of them with pre-match positions? Are programs allowed to fill ALL of their spots before the NRMP match? Anyways, makes me worried because I spent a lot of money and time to go to this particular place, and I liked it too. I called and emailed the coordinator of the residency program yesterday but no response as of yet.

Sorry for the bad news,

Yes, if this program did not shut down it pre-matched all 4 spots. Programs can participate in ERAS and then put all, none, one, etc. of their spots in the match. They have up until January 31st to decide. If they pull all their spots out of the match then they won't even show on NRMP when you search for them. If NRMP is listening please list the program with no available spots in the future!

I emailed the program coordinator yesterday...no reply yet. I called and left a message on her voicemail yesterday and called today too....no response.
