If you have your LORs, transcripts, and score reports already sent in, I would just forget about your apps entirely for another month. Or just focus ONLY on the above 3 things for now. That still give you a month to work on it, which should give you plenty time to finish it on time. Not doing anything for a month when you *feel* like you should will probably light a fire under your ass when you finally get to it. Just resume once you start feeling really antsy. Planned well, I feel like procrastination is a great strategy to use your time effectively.
I find that forcing myself to do something I don't want to be doing, when I don't have to do it at the moment generally leads or little to no result. So... I find myself using the procrastination method A LOT. I didn't start my applications until beginning of September, and I didn't feel rushed at all. Before then, I researched a lot by surfing the web and calling schools about questions I had but didn't put anything on paper. I just started working on it as soon as I started feeling heart palpitations. When I did though, I was focused and didn't waste much time at all. And it was great, because I had done the research beforehand and I didn't need to stop very often to figure things out.
