I took and passed this test 3 years ago. I pretty much just read the guidelines and took the official board review course (on video) through the SCCT. It was a tough test though. I actually scored somewhat lower percentile wise than I did on the general cardiology boards, echo boards and vascular medicine boards. I also took a weekend course with Stephen Achenbach (2 days, 150 studies, 4 hours of lectures) which was spectacular. This is also through the SCCT.
