Most of the fellows here at Texas Heart prefer Clinical Manual and Review of TEE by Mathew & Ayoub. A new is edition is set to be released in December, I believe.

Yes, December is the expected publication date. Very high quality. I'm using Perrino to learn the basics and by the time Mathew & Swami will be out I'll be ready for it. Worth waiting till December for a fellowship next year.
