Hi,

What are the books fellows read during their Cardiology Fellowship at your program? Which ones for Clinical Cardiology, EKG, Cath, Echo, EP, Nuclear etc.?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Echocardiography by James Oh.
Braunwald's Cardiology (if you want a huge general textbook).

You don't need to buy them before fellowship, unless you want to.

Thanks dragonfly99 for the reply. I have CME money left in the present job which I want to use before I begin my fellowship.....trying to save money later.

What about the books for EKG, EP, Cath, Gen Card, etc which fellows actually use during their training. Thanks in advance.

We use Grossman's Cardiac Cath Angiography and Intervention.
That's a big textbook, though. there are some smaller handbooks as well...I don't have yet.

If you are already accepted into fellowship, you could email your program and find out what books the fellows use at your particular fellowship that you are entering.
