Hi. I'm a 2nd year IM resident at an ACGME program in the US, and graduated from a US, LCME accredited school. My goal is to get a spot in a cardiology fellowship and I wanted to know if it is possible for me, being a US citizen, to get a fellowship spot in Canada. I know McGill has the American Quota but I'm not sure it applies to fellowships. I have passed al USMLE exams (are they accepted in Canada??).
Can anyone comment on the application process??
Thanks in advanced!!!!

All of the schools list their requirements:

Most CaRMS R4 subspecialty positions appear to be restricted to Canadian citizens / PRs, but that doesn't mean that there aren't outside-of-CaRMS positions floating around. I don't know - IM isn't my area. Your best bet is to check with some of the big schools e.g. UBC, U of T, McGill and see what they say.
