How do you think Guys about doing 2 years of Cardiology Hospitalist after the residency?? Does it increase my chance for cardiology fellowship?? They got a bad repetition on the websites as a heart failure fellows ; because they are allowed to manage CHF and low risk ischemic patients?? Any ideas

What is the cardiology match rate of the program that you are looking at?
Do they take some hospitalists internally?
No matter what hospitalists u do, the most important thing is to be in contact with some academic cardiologist who can push your application. And also look out for opportunity to do cards research
