I wish i knew of this site b4, lots of information in here

I first did my mba, then went to pharm school after the start up company i worked for crash. I worked retail afterwards cuz i had mega debts that needed to be addressed. The money situation is under control but I want to go into a position that has more administration duties too. since my finances are under control now, I am able and willing to do residency/fellowship/etc

so I was wondering between my 2 options, if some1 could tell me which is better?

1) hospital administration?

I know the guys at the local hospital, and they are offering me a 1 yr fellowship. Hospital admin sounds nice and what not, but people always tell me how its a dirty political game, which is not pretty at times. In fact, one admin friend of mine even told me its not a job for honest people

2) do a residency in managed care pharmacy?

there are a couple managed care residency program near where i live (i think id qualify to apply for them having 2 degrees, right?). I see there are pharmacy administration residencies out there but those are two years, and i kind of prefer a 1 yr training position.

Im thinking bout going with #2 b/c it'll probably allow me to use both my degrees, and even thou #1 might have more financial gain, i dont know if it'd be worth it. and second, should i consider those pharm admin residency program, or would it be redundant since i already have a masters degree?

any help is greatly appreciated, thanks
