career options for vets from Inida

Hey all,

I just wanted to write down this to know about different career options for vets from India after they clear navle. Personally I want to do residency in surgery but i heard it seems not possible or tough for foreign vets to get admission to residency program in surgery. If anyone has better idea about residency programs in medicine or lab animal or even some other career options please give some inputs in this regard,
