Carnitine Shuttle / Carnitine Acyltransferase 2

I'm a bit confused between these two enzymes.

Are they same?

As far as I understand they work with Acyl-CoA being transported into the Mitochondrial matrix correct?

Sorry I'm brushing up my Biochem and can't find a proper explanation on Google.
