OMG I said the EXACT same thing today! My wrists are killing me! SDN is dangerous But I won't quit ever!

well...that's just great. 😀

PS. if you detected sarcasm...you were right. neener neener neener. 😛

Do what I do!

I put the mouse on the left hand side of my keyboard. So even though I am right handed, I use the mouse with my left hand 🙂

But it's my left hand that's tingling, even though I use the mouse with my right!

Do you guys use laptop keyboards? I think mine is particularly uncomfortable and causes a lot of typos too. So both of my hands and wrists hurt, but the right one a little more--everytime I click that mouse. I need some Ibuprofen

oooh it's really important that you guy/gals be careful!
i've been advised to not rest my palms on the keyboard while i'm typing like i usually do...
posture is also really important...

i'm sure any doctors/future docs out there can give more advice...

i use a laptop, but i got that m$ natural kb and I use that with my laptop. Its soooo much more comfortable that the kb on my laptop.

and my wrists dont hurt anymore

My right wrist hurst also....I have to take breaks in between typing my words to relax/exercise my wrist. It starts tingling and it's very uncomfortable...but that's the price you just have to pay.

heh yeah. My brother is an ee grad student and he spend like 14+ hours a day in front of a computer sometimes. if he can he tries to use his natural keyboard as well if he's in the lab.

its weird looking and takes some getting used to, but when you do your wrists will thank you. I used to get the pain as well but I haven't since I started using this keyboard.
