Is it possible to create PharmCAS and or AMCAS profile without the intentions of either actually being used for application processing anytime soon? Why I am interested is simply to see what is actually viewable from their side, like how the application and related stuff appears. Things like what is the GPA that they calculate, what classes appear, what classes don't appear...and I don't have to mention about. 😛
I understand there are guides and that gpa calculator that magically lowers your grade, but I rather see something more to the source. I don't want to have to wait half a year or so to when I actually can start applying to realize that "Hmm, maybe this application is not worth sending."
I just remember back in high school when I did the applications for undergraduate there was clear transparency of your application and what goes into it from your school. So essentially you are always in the clear what is being shared with the college. With all these warnings against lying to all these CAS, it appears like there is some disconnect in what your college sends and what the CAS actually receives and then what the CAS sends to said school, ugh middleman.
Meh, I just want to know ahead of time what the application looks like, so I know what I have to say and what I don't when I actually start sending these applications to schools.
