Hi, I am currently reviewing my stuff to prepare for the interview at buffalo, and I come across a post that said they have a one on one case discussion with adcom member. Is that something new that Buffalo added to their interview process? I don't remember doing that during the interview last yr. When is the case discussion given? After the writing part? Or during the interview?

given after the writing sample. May be before you interview or after, depending on when they call you.

Honestly, dont worry about it at all. It is simply a way for them to make sure you are a human being. It is not stressful and it is purposefully set up so you can't prepare for it. You can't practice having morals, it must come naturally on the spot.

I agree. I also should tell you that this is seriously the best part of the interview experience, especially if you have Dr. Brown. He is awesome.
