Case Files Surgery - 2nd vs 3rd edition?

Random question I hope someone can help me out with - anyone know if these two are set up the same/cases in the same order? I've got the older one and would rather not have to buy ANOTHER book if they are.. but our surgery tests (weekly) use CF as one of the resources we're supposed to read and they list them by case.
