Case interview on Dec 1st.. Pre or Post Dec?

I have an interview at Case ON December 1st and wanted to know if that was considered a pre or post dec interview (just out of curiousity). Also, do you think it would be possible to find out THAT DAY if I was accepted considering it IS Dec 1st. I'm assuming it's a 0.01% chance but a good chance I will find out in the recent weeks after.

A lot of schools I interviewed at told me they would probably send out the emails at 12:00 AM Eastern Time. You may know that you are accepted somewhere else by the time you interview at case but you will probably be in Cleveland already.
I would consider it post-december 1st. But don't fret too much about that. At least you have another interview!
I would consider it slightly rude to request an acceptance/rejection on the same day as the interview. Just wait it out. Hopefully they let you know before the deposit is due at the other schools.

That has to be post-dec. After your interview your file has to go back for more review. No way that would happen in a day. At least I don't think so...

Only if you are the applicant that they really really really want in their class and cannot pass the opportunity of offering you a spot.

Wouldn't they only look at our files at the earliest the next day, however? I forget what the interview schedule is like but I imagine that for the most part the day would be reserved to sending out acceptances they've already decided upon. I think at the very earliest you'd be notified Dec 2 or 5 (seeing as the 1st is a Thursday).

Update! I'm gonna reschedule my interview because I can't get that class day off! (exam) Good luck anyway!

I have an interview there on Nov 28th and I'm still assuming that it will be "post Dec 1st" 👍
