I'm interviewing on 9/21. Unfortunately it will be a short trip for me. Driving from Illinois Tues night and interviewing on Wednesday. Need to hit the road after the interview...back to work on Thursday.

I still need to book a hotel in the area. Any advice where to stay? I looked at rooms in Beachwood and Independence but I'm worried about hitting morning traffic before the interview. The hotel on campus is $150 w/tax.

If it is available, you can always try the Delt (dental fraternity) house...$40 and it is only a 10 min walk to dental school.

i think the cheapest deal you would be able to find is if you stay at the super 8 on cedar i think, near beachwood mall. its about 20 min. driving from there to get to the dental school. i recommend staying there for the price as well as convience of your own place to get a good night sleep. since that area is a relatively nicer area of town.

Thanks for the advice! I will most likely stay in the Beachwood area since that appears to be a safe area. I know nothing about Cleveland so I don't know the good parts vs. the bad. I also found a hotel "Cleveland Clinic Guesthouse" that is right down the street from Case for $114 plus tax. I may give this a try.

Well, I can tell you that Cleveland Clinic is right next to the ghetto...Yes, Beachwood is a much nicer area.

My interview is on Sep. 21st, and I'm staying in Holiday Inn.
It's about $95 including taxes.
