I'm working on a case study and wanted to get everyone's advice/comments. Here's the case: 26 year old SWF with panhypopituitary, diabetes insipidus, Addison's, hypothyroid, and morbid obesity. Diagnosed with craniopharyngioma at age 15. Craniotomy in 1991 with full remission since. 5'2 at 315 pounds. Surgical gastric bypass surgery candidate.

The biggest questions in the case study are
1) Risk of surgery
2) Risk of anesthesia based on Addisons disease and adrenal crisis
3) Expected outcomes
4) Goals, etc.

Anyone's input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
