Just a brief comment.
I have plenty of free time because I have graduated from medical school and do not start residency until July 1, 2001. Therefore I am free to post here 24/7 if I like. I have never said I was a practicing physician or finished with my residency. You are right - if I was, I probably wouldn't be posting here as much. I'm sure it will make you very happy to know that after July 1, I'm sure my posting will drop considerably.
I understand why some might doubt my existence as a medical student because I don't use a school address. I did not email you using my school email account because I am no longer in school. I use the Hotmail account because during my 4th year I did several visiting electives and since my school email was not web-based at the time, it was easier to forward all my mail to an internet based mail server. When I signed up with SDN that was the address I used most frequently and it seemed prudent to use it.
However, if you would like to check it out it is:
[email protected] I am unsure if it still works, but you are free to contact my school and see if I am REAL or FAKE. I encourage anyone to do it if they are curious. If you need further convincing, please see my school's AMSA chapter web site, with my name and picture (sorry its not the best one of me):

I'm sorry if you feel I was rude and behaved unprofessionally; with the exception of obvious jokes (ie, the Charlie's Angels running gag) I was only responding in kind to your insults heaved at me. I should have kept my temper to myself and I have already apologized to you for that.
As for emailing you, I simply did so in an effort to understand where your animosity is coming from and to remind you that your words can be traced back to UMD. I actually considered it a kind gesture as many students are NOT aware of the fact that medical faculty do read these forums. I do not understand why you persist in being unpleasant especially with those who are trying to help you. Perhaps we could have done it in a more professional and mature manner, but when our early words were met with resistance and taunts, we figured "two can play that game". And yes, it became ridiculous and fun after awhile.
I however, have grown tired of dealing with this, so shall not respond anymore.
