Case Western Mailing address

Hey guys I sent my application check in Aug 1 and got it back in the mail a month later. I resent the check a few weeks ago and I just called Case and they say they still haven't received it. I sent the check to:

Case School of Dental Medicine | 10900 Euclid Ave | Cleveland, Ohio 44106

Is that not the correct address? Or do I have to put more than that on the envelope (Office of admissions, etc etc..)

as far as i know that is correct, i myself had much trouble getting mail here. it was really bad when i was sending in deposits. it takes awhile for mail to get through the case mail room i think because your mail goes to a central location then they bring it to the scoool.
