Only one with the check on back on 12/1 status?
If that's what you mean then no.
I have that update but I've had it for a while. I take it as a rejection. But I never got a notice of rejection snail mail or email. All I got from Case was a brochure.
Most of the other schools that have that status I got rejection 1st then it appeared.
I was wondering if anyone else who interviewed had this status. I would be a little surprised if I got rejected Dec. 1st because I think my interview went pretty well and my stats are ok.. I may get waitlisted but I didn't think Case rejected many people that interviewed (I thought they were usually waitlisted).
I have the same status as you do and I thought interview went well too....Hopefully it's acceptance. I think that "Please check on December 1st" means that they made a decision for you, not necessarily rejection. If they rejected you months before, then they probably put rejection on AADSAS and it appears as "Please check on December 1st" because AADSAS probably blocked results to show up before December 1st. My status changed today.
I think it's a good thing - why would they ask you to check back on the first if there is no good news? I think the re-review is worse actually

Grr, it looks like those with Please Check Back on Dec 1st probably got an offer, and those with received/under review are waitlisted. That is so disappointing and pretty crushing. I was really hoping for Case but it looks like it's not happening. 2 people with "Check back" and the rest of us are "received/review". Would not be surprised if this was the case. =(

And why else would they give different people different updates. Unless they are evil and trying to mess with us to see us all freak out, which I'm sure they aren't doing, there's no other explanation. I really wanted Case on Dec 1st so I could stop the worrying. These next 28 hours are going to be the hardest hours to get through.

My status also changed to check back on Dec. 1st. I interviewed there a couple months ago and it went really well... to the point where my interviewer told me I'd be a good addition to their school. While I don't want to make assumptions, I'm pretty sure this means acceptance!
They do not want to accept more than they could potentially take... so if everyone said yes and they admitted 200 people on dec 1, it would not be good for them. I think it is safe to assume that they will be accepting more people as people inform them if they will be attending their dental school.

I also have check back on Dec 1 and I interviewed on Sept 1. My status did not change until yesterday night, so I am feeling that if they wanted to reject me they would've done so in the 3 full months between now and my interview. I obviously don't know any more than anyone else, but I too am thinking that check back on Dec 1 seems to be positive...(scared to even type this...) 😱

I hope you stay on this website as an active member and that more adcoms (or at least representatives) from other schools would join you on SDN. That would end a lot of speculation and unnecessary chaos that these forums see way too often.
