USMLE Cases for phone and counseling?

How do you guys prep for phone cases and counselling cases for step 2CS?? I didn't see sample cases in first aid 3e. . just wondering.. thanks

also does anyone know for med students if we introduce as medical student or dr. xyz .
i see review books saying start by saying introducing yourself as dr. xyz. but my school specifically tells us we should introduce ourselves as medical students..

You can consider all pediatric cases as possible phone cases.

You can introduce yourself however you like. They are looking for professionalism and consistency, that's all.

Not sure about the phone cases. However, our school had us watch a video that we will also watch on the day of the exam. It says in there you can introduce yourself as a medical student or dr. The video also shows what rooms look like, the computer set up, what things you're allowed to have with you, what happens if the computer dies during note writing… etc

The video is available on the USMLE website and will also be shown to you on the day of your exam.
