Hi everyone, what's everyone approach to the casper test? Planning on testing soon, and have encountered several questions in which I don't quite know the answer to / or what the question is asking...

1. When do ethical considerations trump the law? if ever?

2. A text situation saying that I am one of 2 owners of bakery. the other owner protests at selling gay couples wedding cakes. he argues that it goes against his religious rights, and for that reason he is allowed to choose to not bake for LGBT couples.
questions that follows:
a. what do I do, what do I say to the co-owner
b. under what circumstances are our right to our beliefs and actions justified?
c. would this situation be different if your your co-owner was not religious?

I loathe CASPer.
They market this as an effective way to screen out applicants.
They insinuate that if you do not use CASPer you are not using a "holistic" evaluation.

Just a heads up you never find out how you do, which makes the test even worse. So just know if someone gives you advice, they don’t know how they did! Good luck!

that's messed up
that also sounds like a CASPER scenario in itself
the moral question would be something like: is it wrong to bully potential customers into buying your product? hilarious.
