I was wondering if anyone knew how the adcom at CCOM works. I know that that its a panel interview of a DO, PHD, and MS2 student. Do they decide to pick you or not as soon as you leave the interview, or do they discuss the interview amongst each other? OR, does the adcom all meet together and vouch for a canidate? IF they do this once a month, how do they really remember how an applicant peformed, or if they interview so many people, isn't it possible that they mix people up or mix up information about folks. Just trying to see how many people really decide your admission at CCOM...

When I interviewed at CCOM, DO physician (CCOM alum) told me that he just sent the files from interview to adcoms so he had no real influence on admissions. Whether its true or not, I'm not 100% certain.

If a Doc says he's on the adcom, does he just do what you said above, interview and then send in feedback, or is it possible that they may have some influence.
