For myself and others who may be wondering...does anyone know the procedure they use to evaluate applications at CCOM? Is it the same as AZCOM? My thoughts were that they take whatever apps are finished and review them in order that they recieve it and then tell you if you get an interview or not.

Am I correct in assuming this? Because at PCOM, I don't know what they do. I turned in that app months ago and the person said they could tell me between now and March...whereas the other schools told me that it was under review and that I'd get an interview or not.

I'm not sure what the procedure is at CCOM, but PCOM evaluates applications in alphabetical order; that's what they told me. So if your surname is Zoolander, you are screwed.

dang for real? alphabetical? that's crazy

Yeah, doesn't sound like the most fair system. Why spend the time and get your app in early?

Hearing that and having a last name starting with Z, I am glad I didn't apply there then. I was always the kid in class that LOVED when the teacher would do things in reverse alphabetical order. 😛

ok but back to the question at hand...does anyone know how long you wait until you know if you're selected for an interview at CCOM? i mean what about other schools? is PCOM and NYCOM the only ones that don't seem to follow the "normal" procedures?
