Anyone who is applying or has been accepted to CCOM:

I sent in my 2ndary and it was received on 1/19/04. I hear that their committee meets only once a month, so on the advice of a CCOM alumni, I called today to see if they had met for the month yet. I got a frosty answer from an admissions staff member who informed me that they already met, they don't meet at all in march, and they will not meet again until april, yet the class is not full. How can this be?

She also said that the committe dosn't grant interviews, the staff does. The committee only reviews files after the interview. So, what is taking so long, and if people are interviewed now, will they have to wait until april to hear if they were accepted? That dosn't make any sense.

Please help! CCOM is my #1 choice as of right now and I'm getting very anxious.

Hey there,
I know its hard but you just have to gut it out. I finished my secondary in August and I believe they got back to me in late September/October sometime. They took a bit of time to give me my interview which was mid-oct. Good luck!

My application was also complete in January and still no word from CCOM either. I have been accepted at 3 school and wish I had heard about interviews from CCOM or PCOM before paying my $2000 acceptance fee. Such is life I suppose but I am glad other people are not hearing as well.😡

I was complete sometime in January and i just got my interview invitation a day ago........so they should be coming .......good luck....hope everything works out for ya ....ONE

Congrats on the interviews! Glad to hear they are still coming, esp since I got my first DO rejection letter today...from my state school nonetheless....Thanks for nothing MSU! Anyway, hopefully I'll join you in interviews...good luck guys!

Anyone receive an interview lately from CCOM? I still haven't heard anything. Those who interviewed recently, have you heard anything either way?

i had my ccom interview today, just got back! they said there are no more interviews next week, but some again the week after, and the week after THAT they are going to meet......but i don't know if this is just for the students that were interviewed.
