CCS Case, abnormal lab values

In the USMLEWORLD CCS practice cases the abnormal lab values are normally starred which makes it faster to go through the labs by just glancing at the "starred" values for the abnormal ones and skipping the normal ones. Is this a good idea? or a bad one?
