Hey guys,
I am taking step 3 in two days and I have been practicing CCS cases using usmle World, but I can't seem to find an efficient way to manage the fake time and always run out of time for the cases. After I put orders in, I got to the clock and when I have tried choosing "in - #hours" or press on the date for follow up appointment but the software does not advance the simulated time to the time I choose. Am I doing something wrong? I have also tried choosing "notify me with new results" but it seems to waste a lot of time to have to keep pressing that.
This is the worst when I get to the correct diagnosis and treatment and try to follow patients every 12hrs or so. I just cant get the software to go to the time I choose.
Am I doing something wrong? How similar is the real software to the world software.
Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks
