Hi everyone. So I'm about a week out from taking step 2 ck. Averaging aroudn 75% on UWorld. According to the whole magical (UWorld %) x 2.3 + 84 formula, that should put me somwhere in the upper 250s. awesome. whatever.

Problem is I just got a 450 on CCSSA form 6 which correlates to a 227 according to the score sheet. Not so thrilled about that. Anyone else experiencing similar discrepancies? I know it's a modified version of form 1, but since form 6 is new I guess I'm just wondering if it has good predictive value.

Basically I'm just trying to evaluate whether or not there is any added value to me taking another CCSSA, such as form 4.

Any thoughts on any of this?

Well personally I'd be ecstatic if I scored as well as I did on form 6. But I wouldn't weigh one practice test too heavily, one way or the other. Try another form and see how it goes.

I wouldn't stress too much over it. How many blocks does your UWorld %ile comprise, and how many were in that NBME?

4 blocks in the NBME

I'm about 80% done with UWorld, averaging in the 70s like i mentioned. Average of last several UWorld blocks (random, timed) is in the low 80s

I just felt like the NBME questions were very very different from the UWorld questions, and if the real test questions are more like NBME than UWorld then I might be in trouble
