I've been doing CDP and I was wondering if anybody else had trouble with the hole punching and the time. I've only done the first three so far but I'm getting stressed out because I find myself rushing at the end. Is CDP supposed to be a lot harder than the real DATs or the same? Thank you!

Aha, you're so helpful Dentrilla =_=.

Anyway, you should check the random breakdowns that everyone posts. I think most ppl mention what they thought of the PAT on the DAT compared with CDP. I've seen mixed opinions and haven't taken my own DAT yet so I can't give you a straight forward answer. 😛

maybe it depends on how you're trying to solve them. i was having a hard time at first just looking at them and trying to remember what holes went where as i mentally unfolded it. but if you try drawing out a quick 4x4 box and marking the holes as you think about unfolding it it might be much easier. worked for me.

It depends on what test version you get. But, generally, hole punching is easier and patter folding is harder.

on my version of the dat, hole punching was the only section that I thought was significantly easier than cdp.

on my test i thought hole punching was weird. there were some folds that were just plain weird, nothing i had ever seen on CDP.
