CDW (Cost Data Worksheet) HPSP

I've been searching for the CDW all over the MODS website but am having no luck.
Any help would be appreciated.
I just ordered books for D1 year and would like to begin the reimbursement process.
How long does it normally take to get reimbursed and is there a maximum dollar amount that is reimbursable for books.

The CDW is found under the Request Tab at the top of the screen at MODS. It will not be available to you until after your class start date. Also, there have been a couple issues pop-up this year that were not anticipated that the HPSP office is dealing with. If your classes have started, and you still don't see CDW under Request tab, call the HPSP Office. While there is no max, individual items are capped at certain amounts. This can generally be found in Chapter 7 of the Policy Handboook found under the General Info tab at the top of the screen. Generally, you are reimbursed within 30 days of submission of the CDW.
