CE/Externship in Europe?

Hey guys,
Have any of you done, or know anything about taking a course or doing an externship in Europe? I'd really like to take a course or something of the sort in France and practice my French while I'm at it. I'd love to take something while in school, but a CE course after I'm done Dschool would be amazing too...

I can't find anything on this topic online.. Someone told me to check out La Sourbonne in Paris. Doing something like this in Germany or England or something would be cool too...

Anyone have any insight at all?
