I have 1 bed room/1 bath to sublet for 2-4 week intervals. Rent is negotiable.
Apartment is approximately 670 sq ft on a corner with floor to ceiling windows. hardwood floors. washer/dryer in unit as well as dishwasher and all utensils/dishes.
2 HDTVs, cable, internet.
Access to rooftop infinite pool, BBQs, large gym, computers with printers, game room. Overall great community. Safe area, 24 hour door man.
Wawa and CVS on the block.
Walking distance to most hospitals and universities as well as subway and bus stop on the block.
Attached parking garage but would be extra.
