Certificate of Mailing, Registered Mail, or Tracking

I was just wondering what the best method of sending out your secondaries is: certificate of mailing, registered mail or tracking. Will schools be annoyed or refuse certified mail? Thanks for your help!

I use certified mail and haven't had a problem yet.
