What would be the disadvantages of a master's program that does not provide ARRT certification? Is this a waste of money?

I suspect you are going to get a better answer to this question on the technologists section of www.auntminnie.com

(whatever you do, you want to get ARRT registered, so yes, a training course that doesn't offer this sounds like a waste of money)
