Certiphi email dates

Anybody know how soon after Jan. 1 Certiphi sends out emails to accepted students asking for background checks and requesting your review prior to sending the cbc to schools?

I'm just wondering because I'm going to be gone for the first few weeks in January w/o email access and don't want to miss the email
