I am trying to make a list schools for the 2012-2013 application.
I applied last year, my GPA was 3.69, sGPA 3.53, and MCAT was 28R (9P 9V 10B).
I did not get any interviews (only applied to 4 schools due to low MCAT and my desire to do better and get into a better school), so I am applying again, but this time all over.
I will retake the MCAT July 14, and my practice tests are placing me around 32-33 range, so I hope to apply to schools with a score like this in mind.

- Illinois Resident
- 3 Years of research experience (Neurophysiology lab and Biochemistry lab), published 3rd author in an Editor's Choice publication
- Wrote an Honor's Thesis, graduated Magna Cum Laude, Dean's List X6, Honors Society, etc.
- Major: Neuroscience
- Minor: None
- Participated in and elected Director of Operations of my universitiy's national award winning student EMS organization (4 years, roughly 50hr/week commitment. Undershooting that number for believeability to be honest.)
- NREMT-B for 4 years
- Volunteered for city's EMS for 3 years
- ~3 years of job experience at misc. places (best buy, dentist office, electric company)
- Won an award from my university for my community service work (award given out to a couple of people annually)
