Chad's said that the activation energy and the temperature are the only things that affect the Keq. So I assumed that since Ea affects it, ultimately the enzyme will affect it? but in destroyer 2013 number 121, it says that enzymes don't alter Keq.

Chad specifically says: "Temperature is the only thing that will change the equilibrium constant".

I believe you're confusing the equilibrium constant (Keq) with the rate constant (k).

the rate constant k is affected my a catalyst (enzyme) as well as temperature. The equilibrium constant or solubility constant (Keq or Ksp) are only affected by temperature.
