When writing for the challenge secondary essay, is the general rule to write about experiences post high school (eg. during undergrad)? Or would writing about earlier experiences be fine? Thank you in advance for the help.

Currently working on Brown's secondary, where it asks for a moment we had to change course. Would talking about a sports injury that made me reconsider my college application process be fine or too cliche of a story?

Too cliche? I don't think every high school student experienced a sports injury. Speak your story.
