tbh no matter the school I would go 1. This prompt wants your rather vulnerable side and 1 would make the most impact.

#1 for sure. Be sure to include song and artist and then practice like crazy in the hope they challenge you to prove it during the interview.

I would go with #1 or #3, but what you should really focus on is which of these has the most compelling comeback story. Ultimately, readers are looking for what you consider as a failure or a challenge, how you overcame this, and what you learned.
