Just google search it. You will find some opinion stuff and then you can follow the trail.

Ask the dentists you've shadowed; they should give you good starting points.

The question asks what YOU believe the challenges are facing dentistry. If you don't have a solid idea about it, then you haven't shadowed enough.

althought I agree with dentalworks...i dont think you should write about rising tuition costs at dental schools if this is a secondary to an expensive school ( like UPENN).ha

I have to admit, it's nice to hear someone actually ask where they can find this rather than asking what they are and hide the fact that they are doing a secondary.
