Your stats are outstanding. Not sure how the H1 visa will play in the decision making, but aside from that you look solid for at least the following programs:
Alabama, Arkansas, Peoria, Iowa, Nebraska, Westchester, Temple, and MCW. The rest of the programs are competitive and you will most likely be screened out due to being a DO + International student. Regardless, you should still apply and see how it goes.
