Chance Me?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Your application looks good!
One of the schools I applied to used my molecular biology courses to satisfy a cell biology requirement.
I'm not sure if schools do this for biochemistry but it doesn't hurt to ask.

Your stats should get you in somewhere. For the drops, even though you don't have too many, they could potentially ask you to explain the W's on your transcript. If you transferred from a CC and were trying to catch up with the requirements to graduate in four years, therefore not being fully conscious about how much you could handle, that could be a reasonable explanation.

Idk if you can substitute anything for biochem.

Thanks for the input! But based on what I've provided you, what do you think my chances are at landing an interview at each of the schools (I am mainly most concerned and interested in the first 7 on my list)? I know that there are a lot of other variables that schools take into account when choosing potential candidates, but I just wanted to get your opinions on this. I also know that asking such a question to ask 🙁 Finally, can someone give me any feedback on each school in terms of their curriculum, pre-clinicals, clinicals, and financial viability? 😵 I have a very general idea of them from what I've read on SDN, but I just wanted to know if their price tag was worth it in the future.

Just apply to the schools you're interested in. I'm sure you will get interviews with at least one of them.
You can look through this thread if you'd like. It has info of current applicants, their stats and the schools they got interviews, acceptances and rejections from.

As far as the cost... I wouldn't worry too much about it. Dental school is expensive wherever you go. Unless you get in state tuition at a public school.

Once you interview with the schools they will tell you all about their school in detail. There really isn't much of a point in knowing beforehand because if you don't get an interview that specific school won't be an option for you anyway.

Maybe some applicants that interviewed at these schools could give you a rundown of some of the programs though.
