Important for me to apply to schools that accept AP/IB credit. I feel like I'm applying to all the schools that are hard to get into. Should I apply to more? Suggestions?

I think your current list is fine, I wouldn't add any more schools unless they are places you are really passionate about going to. A 3.91 + 23 AA makes you an extremely competitive applicant. 4 pretty competitive schools you've got a good shot at + 4 schools that are less competitive for admissions is a pretty good balance.
